Can you take over an existing application?: Yes. We start with a short assessment of the code, data and deployment, then give you an honest choice between improving it and replacing it.
Web or native mobile?: Usually a responsive web application first, with a native or hybrid app where offline use, camera or scanner hardware demands it.
Do we own the code?: Yes, on full payment, including the repository, pipelines and documentation.
How do you handle handover?: Documentation, runbooks and paired sessions with your team during the final phase. If you would rather we keep operating it, that is a retainer.
