For personal data you submit to us directly, we act as the data fiduciary. Where we process personal data inside a client’s systems as part of a delivery engagement, the client remains the data fiduciary and we act as a data processor under our services agreement.

• Contact details you submit through our enquiry or careers forms: name, work email, company, phone number and the content of your message.
• Recruitment data you send us, such as a CV, employment history and references.
• Technical data generated when you visit this site: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring URL.
• Client engagement data: business contacts, project documentation and any data you share with us for the purpose of building or operating a system.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

We rely on your consent for enquiry and recruitment communication, and on the performance of a contract or our legitimate business interests for the rest. You may withdraw consent at any time.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate: cloud hosting, email, analytics, accounting and payroll providers, each bound by contractual confidentiality obligations. We also disclose data where required by law or a valid order of a court or authority in India.

Some providers may store data outside India. Where that happens, we require safeguards that are consistent with applicable Indian law before any transfer.

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after our last contact. Recruitment data is retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client engagement data is retained for the term of the agreement plus the period required by law or the agreement itself.

We apply access controls on a need-to-know basis, encryption in transit, logging of administrative access, vendor review and periodic security testing. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or complete inaccurate data.
• Request erasure where we no longer need the data.
• Withdraw consent for communication at any time.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance with us and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
