Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out what our services, systems and the AI applications we build may not be used for. It applies to every client, user and collaborator.
1. General prohibitions
- Any unlawful activity, or activity that facilitates a crime under Indian law.
- Infringing intellectual property, trade secrets or privacy rights.
- Unauthorised access, penetration testing without written permission, or interference with systems and networks.
- Distributing malware, spam or fraudulent communications.
- Reselling or sublicensing our services without written agreement.
2. Prohibited AI use cases
- Generating content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or promotes self-harm.
- Producing deceptive synthetic media of real people intended to defraud, defame or manipulate elections.
- Fully automated decisions on credit, employment, insurance, housing, education or medical treatment without documented human review and an appeal path.
- Biometric surveillance, emotion inference or social scoring of individuals without a lawful basis and informed consent.
- Building profiles from scraped personal data, or evading privacy law through model intermediaries.
- Circumventing model safety controls, or repurposing a delivered system for a use case not stated in the engagement without a written risk review.
3. Data you supply
You confirm that you have the right to share any data you give us, that you have obtained the notices and consents required, and that you have removed or masked personal data that is not needed for the stated purpose. Do not send us regulated data — health records, payment card data, government identifiers — unless the engagement document expressly provides for it and the required controls are in place.
4. Security expectations
- Keep credentials confidential and use least-privilege access for the accounts you grant us.
- Report suspected compromise of a system we built or operate without delay.
- Do not disable logging, monitoring or human-review controls we deliver as part of a safeguard.
5. Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected misuse to admin@a2z-aitech.com. We investigate every credible report. Depending on severity we may request remediation, restrict a feature, suspend the service, or terminate the engagement. Where the law requires it, we report to the relevant authority.
6. Changes
We update this policy as AI regulation and threat patterns evolve. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
