Terms of Service

By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Services are supplied under a separate signed proposal, statement of work or master services agreement; where that document conflicts with these terms, that document prevails.

• You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation.
• You must not attempt to breach security, scrape at a scale that burdens the service, or introduce malicious code.
• You must not misrepresent your identity or submit another person's data without their permission.

Each engagement is defined by a written scope with deliverables, assumptions, dependencies and timelines. Changes to scope are handled through a written change request that states the impact on cost and schedule.

You are responsible for providing timely access to data, systems and decision-makers described as dependencies. Delays in those dependencies may shift agreed dates.

• Fees, currency and milestones are stated in the applicable proposal or statement of work.
• Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date.
• Applicable GST and other statutory taxes are charged in addition to fees.
• Third-party costs such as cloud, model API and licence charges are passed through at cost unless bundled expressly.
• We may suspend work on amounts overdue by more than 30 days after written notice.

On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing frameworks, tools, templates and know-how, and grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as embedded in your deliverables. Your data and content remain yours at all times.

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with at least the care it applies to its own, use it only for the engagement, and return or destroy it on request. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.

AI systems are probabilistic. We build evaluation, monitoring and human-review controls into what we deliver, but we do not warrant that any model output is free from error. You agree to keep appropriate human oversight in place for decisions with legal, financial, safety or health consequences.

We warrant that services are performed with reasonable skill and care by suitably qualified personnel. Except for the warranties expressly stated, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement in the 12 months before the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach that remains uncured 30 days after written notice, or for convenience with 30 days’ written notice. On termination you pay for work performed and non-cancellable third-party commitments up to the termination date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the parties first attempting good-faith resolution and, where agreed in the engagement document, arbitration seated in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
