Solution 01

Document intelligence suite

A packaged pipeline for the paperwork that arrives whether you are ready or not: extraction, validation against your own master data, and a review queue for the rest.

Outcome

Up to 70% less manual keying

Outcome

Two-way ERP sync

Outcome

Field-level confidence scores

Inside the solution

Any input channel

Email attachments, scanner drops, portal downloads and WhatsApp images land in the same queue.

Field-level confidence

Each extracted field carries a score, so only the uncertain ones reach a human — not the whole document.

Validation against master data

Vendor codes, GSTINs, PO numbers and tax totals checked against your ERP before anything is posted.

Two-way ERP sync

Posted documents write back with status, and ERP changes reflect in the queue so the two never disagree.

Review queue built for speed

Side-by-side document and form, keyboard-first, with the disputed field highlighted.

Exception analytics

Which vendors, formats and fields cause rework — so the problem gets fixed upstream.

Scope of delivery

  • Extraction models tuned to your document set
  • Validation rules against your master data
  • Review queue application
  • ERP integration and write-back
  • Accuracy dashboard and monthly review

Indicative timeline

8-12 weeks to production for a single document type, then 2-3 weeks per additional type.

Questions we are asked

Our invoices come in dozens of layouts. Does that matter?
Much less than it used to. The extraction is layout-agnostic and learns from corrections, so new vendor formats do not require a new template.
What accuracy should we expect?
On typical invoice sets we target 95%+ field accuracy at launch on high-volume fields, with everything below the confidence threshold routed to review. The number is measured, not promised.
Which ERPs do you integrate with?
SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally and Zoho are common, plus anything with an API or a supported file interface.
Do we still need a finance operations team?
Yes, but doing review and vendor management rather than keying. Teams usually redeploy rather than shrink.
