Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to fixed-scope projects, time-and-materials engagements, retainers and support subscriptions purchased from A2Z AI Tech. Where a signed statement of work states different terms, that document prevails.

• Fixed-scope projects: you may cancel with 15 days' written notice. You are billed for completed milestones and for work in progress on the current milestone, pro-rated.
• Time-and-materials engagements: you may cancel with 15 days' written notice. You are billed for hours already delivered.
• Retainers and support subscriptions: you may cancel with 30 days' written notice, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Diagnose or discovery phases: cancellation before the kick-off meeting is refunded in full, less any third-party cost already incurred.

• Amounts paid in advance for work not yet started are refundable in full.
• Non-cancellable third-party commitments made on your behalf, such as cloud reservations or licences, are not refundable.
• Delivered work that has been accepted in writing is not refundable.
• If we fail to deliver an agreed milestone and cannot remedy it within 30 days of written notice, you may claim a refund of the amount paid for that milestone.

Email admin@a2z-aitech.com with the invoice number, the engagement name and the reason for the request. We acknowledge within 3 working days and confirm a decision within 10 working days.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or bank account within 15 working days of approval. Bank charges, payment gateway fees and statutory taxes already remitted are deducted where they cannot be recovered. GST adjustments are handled through a credit note as required by law.

We may cancel an engagement for non-payment, for breach of the acceptable use policy, or where continuing would require us to act unlawfully. In that case you are billed only for work delivered up to the cancellation date.
