Inside the solution

Grounded in your policies

Answers cite the policy or article they came from, so agents can verify before sending.

Draft-then-send by default

The copilot drafts, the agent approves. Full automation is switched on per intent once the numbers justify it.

Automatic resolution for routine intents

Order status, address changes, invoice copies and password resets resolved end to end through your systems.

Clean escalation

When it hands over, the agent gets a summary, the customer history and the suggested next action — not a transcript to read.

Voice and chat

The same knowledge and actions serve web chat, WhatsApp, email and a voice channel with real-time transcription.

Quality scoring

Sampled conversations scored automatically against your QA rubric, with trends per intent and per team.

Scope of delivery

  • Knowledge ingestion from your help centre and policies
  • Helpdesk and CRM integration
  • Agent-side copilot interface
  • Automation rules per intent
  • QA scoring and reporting

Indicative timeline

6-10 weeks to a live agent-assist pilot, automation switched on intent by intent afterwards.

Questions we are asked

Will it invent policies?
It answers only from retrieved content and says it does not know otherwise. Agents see the citation, and the draft-first default means nothing reaches a customer unreviewed until you choose otherwise.
Which helpdesks do you support?
Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, HubSpot and Intercom are common, and anything with a reasonable API.
How do you measure whether it is working?
First-response time, resolution rate per intent, escalation rate, and customer satisfaction on assisted versus unassisted conversations. Baselines are captured before launch.
Can it handle Indian languages and code-mixed text?
Yes, including Hinglish and other code-mixed input, which is where generic tooling usually struggles.
