What you will do
- —Design and ship agentic workflows and retrieval systems into client environments
- —Build evaluation harnesses before building features
- —Own latency, accuracy and cost budgets for the systems you ship
- —Review the work of engineers earlier in their career
- —Sit with client users to understand the workflow before proposing an approach
What we need from you
- —Strong Python or TypeScript, with production systems you can talk through
- —Hands-on experience with LLM applications beyond prototypes
- —Comfortable with SQL and data modelling
- —Clear written communication with non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- ·Experience with vector search and reranking at scale
- ·Exposure to regulated industries
- ·Open-source contributions
